Fitness Training
I have taught a variety of classes over my 30 years of teaching fitness, such as floor aerobics, strength and conditioning, and foam rolling. My favorite group class to teach is indoor cycling. I have been teaching this class for over 30 years, and I am certified by Stages, Keiser, and Matrix.
My goal while teaching cycling is to give each participant an excellent workout that mimics an outdoor ride. Because my degree is in Exercise Physiology, each class is science based, and I explain the purpose and outcome goals at the beginning of class.
